How does Brexit impact our customers outside of the UK?

How are we helping to prevent the spread of the coronavirus?
Here at Tiny Hamster Paws we are doing everything we can to try and keep everyone as safe as possible, whilst we carry on as best as we can. I am closely following the advice of the UK Government concerning Covid - 19. As I work alone, I am the only person to come into contact with the products being sold. I am always extremely careful when it comes to health and hygiene, but extra measures are being taken to prevent any potential contamination.
How does the Coronavirus impact customers?
Im still accepting orders & working as hard as i can to get them sent out. There are significant delays in a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. All orders are sent with either Royal Mail 2nd class / international standard or Tracked.
*I will not be responsible for any lost packages unless you upgrade your shipping by adding tracking.
How long will it take for orders to arrive ?
Once orders have been shipped it should take 3 - 7 days for UK delivery & 1 - 2 weeks minimum for the rest of the world. There’s a chance your order will be delayed due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. I Really appreciate you for supporting my business during this time however please be patient on waiting for your orders to arrive.
